Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of Euro365 million zero coupon convertible bonds due 2022 (the "Bonds") of Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), as described in the offering circular of the Company dated 18 April 2017. The Bonds are to be issued by way of debt issues to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Hong Kong Stock Exchange and in the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571 of the laws of Hong Kong)) only. The listing of and permission to deal in the Bonds are expected to become effective on or about 24 April 2017.
