17/2/2005 09:37 | Bought some this morning. Institutions and big holders are buying more at the moment, and share price is around 50% of NAV which is also rising daily. It would be rude not to! | opthalmist
17/2/2005 05:43 | It was reconstructed in July 2004. It started off with a zero NAV. The NAV has consistently risen quite rapidly. The share price has also risen rapidly but at a reduced rate. It reflects the recovery in the ZDP market which collapsed with the split trust scandal of the early 2000s. This trust has safeguards, so worth reading more about. The Growth share (ZPG) is to put it simply a longer term type of warrant. It's the growth element of the trust. Any excess above a certain level for ZDP holders is paid in 2008 to holders. Every so often, a small amount is taken from ZPG and added to the ZDPs. Even allowing for that, ZPG is running well ahead of expectations hence the rise. | tiraider
