Stegrego - The report provides a decent insight in to the very market place Zattikka are trying to establish themselves in, agreed that there is a very persuasive message in the share price and their trading updates, that they have made a complete gash of it to date since listing, but to state the report "doesn't really apple here at all" is complete tosh IMO,

To also state that "and just serves to suck people into something they probably shouldn't" - Very much sounds like the nanny state mentality to me, I would imagine the handful that visit this thread, are very capable of making a considered judgement to anything that is posted, especially from the like of you and I,

I would also beg to differ in relation to the games stable, whilst there isn't a stand out "Angry Birds" at the moment, the team are very capable and are already producing innovative and quality titles and have been doing so for many years ......GL S

Unfortunately Zatt doesn't have any decent games and most of the market is held by a handful of publishers. Report doesn't really apply here at all and just serves to suck people into something they probably shouldn't.

An interesting view on the mobile games market from Digi-Capital, if Zattikka do manage to sort themselves out, IMHO there certainly is some potential out there,......GL S

A few other highlights regarding where the bank sees mobile gaming right now:

Games are responsible for 43 percent of time spent on apps for iOS and Android tablets and smartphones. Focusing only on tablets, that number rises to 67 percent.

Mobile games monetize approximately four times better than all other mobile app categories combined (a graph showing their revenue versus download share is embedded below).

By 2016, videogames are poised to be an $83 billion market, with the bank expecting mobile and online games to represent 55 percent of all revenue, up from 49 percent today.

Digi-Capital is less certain about the future of consoles, noting the Wii U's inability to gain traction with gamers, but acknowledges that the PlayStation4 and Xbox One could revitalize the market.

The value of gaming mergers and acquisitions dropped 47 percent between Q2 2012 and 2013, but the volume of M&A actually grew 16 percent.

Reks - No doubt some fed up holders, but 10,000 for the sake of £400 does seem a bit extreme, especially when we have the like of the Co-Founder of Skype, as a backer/investor of Zattikka, you would hope the BOD are having in depth discussions with the likes of Atomico, to support the next stage of securing additional working capital?.........GL S

Holding a tiny amount here, want to add more but fear a placing is imminent. With no of shares in issue, and current financial position, it's more than likely go to be around the current share price or just a little lower (my guess 7p). The sooner they announced it the better, would love to grab a 1m of these at the lowest price. Can see long term easy 5 bagger.No advice intended, do you own research.

No change in my thoughts from a couple of days ago, for me it is a high risk punt/gamble that the share price reaction is overdone and they will either trade their way out, with a more structured funding solution in place, or they are as a whole or in separate bits, susceptible to a predator pouncing,..........GL S

Swizz - good points there and i agree that one if not both are occurring. MCAP now just over 1m now, was over 20m not so long ago
