Some highlights include:

-- Turnover increased by 22% to GBP141.7m compared to a year earlier. A reflection of our growth ambition and sales activity, which provides surpluses to invest more in our social purpose.

   --    Sales have helped operating surplus increase by 29% to GBP34.8m this year. 

-- The Group's housing assets topped GBP1bn for the first time at 31(st) March 2021 a reflection of the continuing success of our development programme.
