M4P you were very bullish on York a few weeks back, has anything changed your mind? Are you still a holder?

M4P, I've been sticking this in my SIPP for the last few months. I'm intrigued by your "be careful". Sure it has some risk, and we've all seen some pretty poor behaviour by AIM companies (remember BPRG a couple of years back, which lost half my worldly savings?) but is there something in particular about York you'd like to share?

Yes, all getting a bit frustrating. Come on Terry, put us in the picture! Then again, if it's all down to a public sector decision, we will have to wait until they get round to bothering to respond. It's amazing how many public sector departments get away with turning decisions around in a year or so. Nothing like customer service...they should get a job in the real world!!

Isn't the problem that YRK are duty bound to announce if things have changed materially - but the MHRA don't let on. So things just drift.

Who thinks we must be close to an announcement one way or the other? I think news is needed before September. September is definitely not mid-year! August - you can just about get away with it!
