YOLO Looks to be massive and such a small market cap when you consider EVRH and CTAG are £40m market caps.

YOLO £3m cap and supported by big names such as robbie williams, sheryl crow, stephen fry etc..

TVPlayer signs content agreement with ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5YOLO Leisure and Technology plc, the AIM-quoted company focusing on opportunities in the technology and leisure sectors, announces that TVPlayer Limited, in which YOLO has an interest by virtue of its investment into TVPlayer's parent company Simplestream Limited, has signed formal licensing multi year content agreements with ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 to simulcast the broadcasters' free to air channels on TVPlayer. The agreements see TVPlayer licensing the Public Service Broadcasters' free to air channels for the first time, with the channels ITV 1, ITV 2, ITV 3, ITV 4, ITV Be, CITV, Channel 4, More4, 4Seven, Channel 5, 5STAR and Spik. All of these channels are available to existing TVPlayer customers across a full range of devices - including desktops, mobiles, tablets, Apple TV, Samsung Smart TV, Amazon Fire TV and various other set-top boxes. In addition to live streaming over wired internet and WiFi, TVPlayer has also licensed 3G and 4G rights for all channels.TVPlayer, with over one million viewers per month, is a popular online TV platform which streams live TV across multiple devices from some of the UK's most notable free-to-air broadcasters and Pay-TV channels. Following this deal, TVPlayer will offer over 100 channels spanning Entertainment, Sport, Kids, News, Music and Lifestyle.Adam Smith, Founder of TVPlayer, said:"This is a significant move for the growth of our platform. Adding the UK's key commercial broadcasters to our growing portfolio is a major benefit to our viewers as TVPlayer provides some of the UK's best channels in one app."Through our growing platform, broadcasters not only enjoy direct access to a younger demographic, they are also able to reach even wider audiences"Simon Robinson, CEO of YOLO Leisure & Technology plc, commented:"This is, once again, great news for TVPlayer to sign licensing agreements with some of the UK's key commercial broadcasters and quickly follows on from the recent multi-year agreement with Viacom, one of the world's largest media companies."TVPlayer generates revenue through two business models; firstly an ad-supported free-to-air TVPlayer service with 100+ channels and secondly a paid subscription service with TVPlayer Plus, which is the first service of its kind to offer premium channels in the UK without a contract, providing 30 additional premium channels for a monthly fee of GBP4.99. TVPlayer is on target to upgrade 5% of homes using its free service to the subscription service by the end of the year.

Yes after the first year it's approx £1 per week. See how it pans out but at this level it's a buy for me. Other investments in the tank here also.

It's still £5 mer month and so it is misleading - that is my point. The first £169 includes 12 months. It is not free. You don't get anything for free.

You buy the unit for £169 then twelve months later pay £62 for another year of music and device uses. Works out at £1 per week pretty much after vat.

You dont pay it until after the first year, as the price of the gizmo includes 1 year premium service I understood. But to your point it is a annual fee so saying no monthly subscription is true but misleading.

Whilst more revenue I would expect before 1 year most people would throw the gizmo in the draw and forget it about.....unless it also vibrates !!

On the Amazon website it does say "No monthly subscription is needed and set up is effortless"

The monthly subscription is £5 but you pay it annually as it is £60 a year - so very misleading. Should be up front.

Electric jukebox has been running since last year.
The previous company of Rob Lewis with I understood a similar concept was liquidated, although prior to that he did well.
The thingy is 170GBP a pop and after one year you have to pay 50GBP premium or have adds. It is not mobile and only used for the TV
The NAV of magic media works that the loan note is secured against is (0.5M) yes negative.
2 of the preference shareholders in magic media works are Aiden early and Allan biggar which tends to make one nervous
There are 733,333 ordinary shares and 750,000 preference shares.

For these reasons it was difficult to get too excited about the announcement yesterday or in on the placing - my loss but hey ho :)
Good luck those that jumped in.
