Important Notice to Shareholders of

Xtrackers Stoxx Global Select Dividend 100 Swap UCITS ETF (ISIN: LU0292096186)

(the "Sub-Fund")

Dear Shareholder

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") hereby informs the shareholders of the Sub-Fund (the "Shareholders") that a provision for withholding tax, as further described hereafter (the "Provision") will be cancelled in relation to the Sub-Fund. Such Provision reflects the amount that would have been due to Swap Counterparties under the OTC Swap Transaction(s) if withholding tax had been due in relation to the underlying constituents of the Reference Index because the Reference Index was not a "qualified index" under section 871(m) of the United States of America Internal Revenue Code. Since there was some uncertainty as to whether the Reference Index was a "qualified index" or not, the Management Company booked the Provision whilst it consulted with professional tax advisors to ascertain whether the Sub-Fund may be liable to pay such amount to the Swap Counterparties.

Having received advice from such professional tax advisors the Management Company is now comfortable that the Reference Index should be a "qualifying index" and that the Sub-Fund is not liable to pay such an amount to the Swap Counterparties. As such the Provision will be cancelled and such cancellation reflected in the Net Asset Value of the Sub-Fund as of NAV Date 1 July 2022. The amount of the cancelled Provision will be approximately EUR3,018,559.48.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus"), unless the context otherwise requires.
