Corrientes - right now there is 20% upside on the table unless the deal doesn't get approved. This is just a function of a completely unfollowed share and PIs not waiting until Jan.

Personally I believe it will move around a bit with the MMs until Dec when the deal is (hopefully) approved and then steadily increase through Jan ahead of the US listing and shares being acquired at 5.95p. News clearly on hold until the US listing to give it a big jump and then a placing to then raise capital for the rest of the year.

This business has been abysmal at hitting timeframes and being on top of our partners to deliver to schedule but for once we now have very clear expectations on timing and a significantly enhanced senior team which will give us the credibility in the US for new investors. I'm looking forward to a top-up in January

I cannot help but think that posts like ohisay's two above are either ill-informed or downright disingenuous, or both.

Yea right.(Still waiting for sub 5p).

Wait on, you won't see it.

Didn't have to wait very long did I ?
Funny how nobody talks here about how much cash they have to raise in the next six months

One sell.
In a stock as illiquid as XEN, almost all activity on most days is from market makers. In particular, XEN's house broker, N+1 Singer, has been very active in dictating the share price during the Offer period, as can be seen from the 8.5 RNSs over the past few months. When they cease such activity on days like today, you can see the volume is negligible. I believe this gives a truer picture of the supply and demand for the stock than on days when market makers are churning shares to create volume.
It's true there is also very little buying interest, but that is among the stated reasons why XEN is determined to move to the US in the first place.

Correction - a second, late-reported sell below 5p just been reported from Friday.

Price action is hardly inspiring given previous comments on this board. Can't be that all the sellers are idiots.

I just wonder whether the 'knowledgable' posters here are telling the truth, but when all said and done, this is a bulletin board where any old rubbish can be posted.

The recent drop has been on small volumes

I have not sold any and have added to my position on weakness

The state of Russia has a big stake in XEN and their IP for domestic use

India too will be using XEN derived drugs soon in their domestic market via Serum Institute

I have always considered XEN to be a 'wild card' BioTech punt V my other Bio Techs which have been doing well of late .... but are more conservative

XEN still has I hope the potential to be a multi bagger from here

I therefore having rolled the dice am staying at the table

Genuine question. If the figures are so good why are people not snapping this up ?
Is it so under the radar that the market doesn't see it or maybe some persons don't want anybody to see it (783),or has the company having had a chequered past got something to do with it.

I can't get into the document mentioned on 779, so maybe my arithmetic is wrong and the figures simply using a 56/175 and 1.55 conversion factor isn't correct.

Suspect we're going to see MM's playing games with the share price for a few weeks now, whilst some PI's 'bottle it' ahead of the AIM delisting.Plus the MMs will need to clear out their stock before the delisting as they won't be covering Xen following the move.

Earnest I've had a feeling for a while that we won't be hearing anymore news on the clinical front until we move to US. As you say there is almost zero interest in XEN on AIM. So if I was Scott I would hold of on any news until we move.

Ash, roughly, yes, that's what was anticipated back in February, but of course there have been developments both corporate and clinical since then.
It's hard to know what will happen in the two months until we move - there seems to be almost zero interest in XEN on AIM.

Opening OTC price will be equivalent to 16p.

($0.77/3.10/1.55)=16P

Check out page 4

Share price to double on opening from $0.3842 AIM to $0.77 OTC.

Target share after 12 mounths $2.77.

If they achieve this I don't think I would begrudge the $516,970 they will get paid.

(I'm using ADVFN App on smartphone, so can't edit my posts!)One other thing when dealing from UK with Schwab; For phone dealing, they give you a UK number to call, which is re-routed to their USA dealing desk. (So you don't need to worry about high cost international calls.)

Some folks really are being mugged today! Anyone selling at this point either doesn't get it or is too lazy to put in a bit of effort to trade in the US.Oh we'll their loss, our gain!
