I suppose the clue that the heavy oil project was ultimately doomed was the reluctance of those really deep pocketed major's who would not take on the operator role even when oil was over $100.

If the bond holders acquire the major shareholding they will have to do something with it to gain a return on their money

They would not accept shares if they thought it was worthless

Current share holders still have a position

Doubt this has any value to anyone tbh. The POO needs to be over 70 bucks for a year or two for confidence, and that's if you believe their costs, I don't.
When nobody was interested @100 bucks+ the warning signs were there.
Make money now? A rumour maybe, but like mac, this is dead.
