Not sure what they base this on- Xcite Energy Limited (LON:XEL) had its price objective lowered by Liberum Capital from GBX 263 ($4.19) to GBX 199 ($3.17) in a report released on Thursday. Liberum Capital currently has a buy rating on the stock. A number of other firms have also recently commented on XEL. Analysts at Cantor Fitzgerald Europe reiterated a buy rating on shares of Xcite Energy Limited in a research note on Monday, October 20th. They now have a GBX 168 ($2.68) price target on the stock. Two analysts have rated the stock with a hold rating and three have assigned a buy rating to the company. The company has an average rating of Buy and an average price target of GBX 182.33 ($2.91).
