Change of Company Name and TIDM code
The board of directors is pleased to announce that the Company has changed its name to XPS Pensions Group plc following the acquisition of Punter Southall Group Limited's actuarial, consulting, pensions administration and investment consulting businesses on 11 January 2018. The change of name was registered with Companies House on 16 May 2018 and is now effective.
Trading in the Company's shares will commence under the new name XPS Pensions Group plc and the new TIDM code 'XPS' with effect from 8.00 a.m. today. The Company's existing ISIN number GB00BDDN1T20 and SEDOL number BDDN1T2 will remain unchanged. The Company's website address has today changed to xpsgroup.com.
The change of name will not affect any shareholders' rights. No new share certificates will be issued in respect of existing ordinary shares held in certificated form. Shareholders should retain their existing share certificates, which will remain valid.
The name change has been approved by the board of directors, in accordance with the Company's articles.
