Confirmation Change of Name

Further to the announcements made by WisdomTree Metal Securities Limited (the "Issuer") (formerly known as ETFS Metal Securities Limited) on 31 July 2019 and 13 September 2019, the Issuer announces that, following the issue by the Jersey registrar of companies of a revised certificate of incorporation dated 26 September 2019, its change of name to WisdomTree Metal Securities Limited has now become effective.

The Issuer further announces that the changes of name of the Metal Securities and other changes made by the supplemental trust instrument dated 31 July 2019 have also become effective. Accordingly the names of the Metal Securities have been changed as follows:
