Was told from the horse's mouth (N.R) recently that My Betting.com would be going public soon.

Soon can be interpreted as an ambiguous time frame.

Notice my shares are now called My Betting... in my nominee account. Are there any plans for this company to float? The shares are effectively worthless as it's not possible to trade them.

Any new info?

The patent trial is scheduled for January 2017 so a fair old wait. It's a 5 day trial by Jury.In early 2016 there is a Markman hearing with Judge Sleet on the legal issues (interpretation of terms, construction of claims etc). He can't decide on the case itself of course. This can sometimes give a clue to the outcome but not always and it is a Jury that ultimately decides.Quest submitted their construction of claims doc a few weeks ago. The parties are currently going back and forth over subpoenas from Bloomberg et al relating to Worldlink and Neil Riches (the Founder of Worldlink). Last documents submitted just 2 days ago so activity is increasing.

Excuse my ignorance in not keeping up with things here but almost forgot all about this company. I was unlucky and and stupid enough to buy into world group just 3 days before they were suspended and lost nearly £8K in the process. Realise that the company no longer exist buy still have some shares in the Betting Service company which must have resulted from the demise of Worldgroup. I can't find any info on this company. Is it possible to cash in the shares? Suspect it is some private company in some form or other.

After all this time I'm long since bitter but just wondered whether my shares are actually worth anything.

Appreciate if someone could enlighten me of the situation without going into a long drawn out rant.

First quarter re-list they said..... Lol.I wrote my stupid investment off ages ago. It is now called Mr Riches new en-suite bathroom. Be at peace with yourselves, learn from your mistakes and don't let this evil organisation bring you down any longer. Move on and be happy.

I really pity for all the Investors who have lost the money on Worldlink and falling the next scam of Mr.Riches. Mobile sports Ltd which was founded by none other than John Weight(holds 400000 shares in My club betting) Mobile Sports was incorporated in 2007 and tasked to produce state of art technology to enable brokers/betting companies to have have a seamless mobile presence. The company suffered a major setback(of course in terms of funding) and eventually agreed to be acquired by Worldlink Plc(was trading in Frankfurt stock exchange as Worldlink LLC) in 2010.

Mr. Riches, a ruthless scamster never realised the potential of the technology never saw that deal through and was very keen on floating the company in LSE.He made himself rich in the listing process by scamming most investors and never worked in the interest of investors.I have read somewhere he drives a nice Audi probably on your money. Also note that he listed the CR3 5SY. 8 Foxton close, Caretham. Zoopla lists that the property was sold in Sep 2014 for £700K. I presume mostly from your money.

I might be completely wrong in predicting the success of my club betting, but the usual suspects such as Anthony Fish, Chris Brupert and Neil Riches are going to be scamming investors in innovative ways.

Another thing you need to consider is . If Mr. Riches is very keen on working in the interest of investors why would he need 9 companies?

I disagree AP (obviously a sales person from a bucket shop broker hired on behalf of Micky Mouse Betting). It is important to point out that nothing these people say has any substance. I had an email from someone claiming to be Chairman of MCB stating the court case had been won and the IPO was going very well. I have not heard anything about my WGP shares entitling me to MCB shares. These people cannot tell the truth. They only want your money to continue drawing salaries.

Sorry to upset you with the sweary words Jonathan Whitehouse pansy.Only came to find more info about the case, and only ONE person on here (Hugo) is able to provide a worthwhile response.It's a pity some of you nancy boys on here can't grow some, and see through the completely pointless negative dross which certain people are spouting.Wgp is suspendedBets is not yet active Court case continues So they may as well at least save their negative drivel for a time in the future when it may be able to have an effect....because right now it's the most pointless waste of time during a prolonged suspended period.
