There was a stipulation and [proposed] order put in by Quest and signed by Judge Sleet pertaining to the construction of "Input Device" and "A/The Computer". This is listed since the Hearing. No idea what the significance of that is though. Might be something they needed to submit for Sleet to decide on a claim construction or definition. Just guessing in that though.

It's just the Markman Warwick, calm down!The transcript of the trial itself is available if you have a Pacer account and any actual rulings on interpretations will be issued fairly soon but it takes some time. Keep watching ipreview blog.Since the hearing, the normal trial stuff has been going on as normal. Interactive Data Corp have issued another subpoena, common interrogatories being issued and responded to between plaintiffs and defendants etc.Seems to be going forward on a routine basis. I am guessing nothing earth shattering in the Markman in that case but we will know shortly. Fingers crossed we kept the generic mobile interpretation etc. Ps. I said this many many times but you really need to drop the whole idea of nefarious shorters, deliberate bear traps, owners somehow manipulating share prices to kill shorters. Decent management build value. And I mean this on my share you are in whether WGP, MTV or any other. It is nonsense.Smart shorters likely run off highs, clearly trending downward prices and uncertainty around news. Not off stable long term lows.

Price to buy quest shares has rocketed but spread has been made huge someone does not want to get caught short of Quest corp shares they are 4 times more expensive than couple days ago ? Interesting We should get news from the judge within 30 days from 8th February that's within a week

Claim construction presentations were held. Nothing really to note except the court will issue a ruling in a few days time.

Is it that time already?Not sure to be honest except I imagine both parties will claim a victory no matter what is said.Even if it goes badly for us, I can imagine even in the worst scenario we might get a "settled for an undisclosed" type outcome in the following weeks ie "let's drop the 2017 trial and both just pay our own costs rather than any liability for the others". Then an excuse wheeled out for why it can't be disclosed but "very please with the outcome. Do you want to buy some MCB shares?"Content wise, my own interest is in interpretations and prior art. If the bad guys get the "over GSM" specific interpretation rather than our wider mobile interpretation, we are in trouble. If they don't, we might be in a decent position. Then we might be able to get legitimately excited!At least we are getting to the Markman finally and if all goes well, this time next year the actual trial. They have not been able to bully us out of it.

You are spot on. You are not investing in any worthwhile product. Just his and the others worthless lifestyles.Why does this company need to float. It is a product with no or very few costs. I have written to NASDAQ with a lot of facts going all the way back to the farcical float on the Frankfurt market. They must be stopped.

Having said the above, this time I WILL publicly apologise if they are a legit investment bank investor such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, BOA, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Barclays etc.

I will also apologise if they do indeed go for a fully regulated Main Market PREMIUM listing not the Standard listing (or AIM).
