Posted at 04/11/2014 11:33 by dusseldorf sailing john - was thinking the same thing myself when you posted. suprised to see anyone else post here given liquidity issues on the share and the tendency to flatline.I've held these for a long time, but no-one else seems interested. Performance has gradually been accelerating and there are rarely any notable sells. The CEO has also been keen historically to buy shares for cancellation when presented, from major shareholders. Having been on the market this long there is little chance of this going private through connected parties, I believe the opposite to be true that as it grows one of the majors will go for it and this will be end game - perhaps not for a few years, but ultimately the cash and client base will have further appeal. All it's competitors (by size) have been acquired by monolithic organizations such as Oracle and IBM.. Ultimately I'm looking for £8 / share, but on a 4-5 year view and in 'sale' status. |
Posted at 04/11/2014 09:37 by dusseldorf This co. have about 0.5% of stock in free float, it amazes me the mcap increase / decreases a few £m based on a few 000's shares traded - wrong price? My view it should be trading around £3/3.50. 3.5p dividend to holders on 28th Nov. |
Posted at 01/4/2007 21:07 by dusseldorf mrsonionbunjee - I'm not suprised given the lack of liquidity. The shares are closely held and the company is in process of buying back excess stock so the price is somewhat static for large periods of time.Having said that its 40% up vs the last time I posted so can't complain.. |

Looks like a good growing company which was once overvalued, fell massively and is now on it's way back.
