ADMISSION OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

Further to Workspace Group PLC's ("Workspace") announcement on 6 June 2018 in relation to the placing of 16,320,062 new ordinary shares of 100 pence each in the capital of Workspace (the "Placing Shares"), Workspace is pleased to announce that the Placing Shares have been admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today, 8 June 2018.

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R), Workspace would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 8 June 2018, Workspace's issued share capital consists of 180,128,613 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of 100 pence each, with voting rights. Workspace does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury; therefore, the total number of voting rights in Workspace is 180,128,613.

Shareholders may use the above figure of 180,128,613 shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Workspace under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
