The Company gives notice of the publication today of its annual report and
accounts for the year ended 2 February 2008.

At the Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 June 2008, it is proposed that
the Company adopt new Articles of Association to take account of changes in
English company law brought about by the Companies Act 2006.  A summary of the
proposed principal changes is set out in the explanatory notes, which are
appended to the Notice of AGM.
