Yes, something is happening it seems.
Have a good chunk myself, and not taking one off the table until we hit 10p (and then not more than 10% of my holding).
Let's wait and see. Nobody here is interested in sellin, so there's quite a stock drought.

Could sell 750,000 shares although at a price of 1.6p Pretty unusual for MMs to take that sort of numbers here, over 1% of the company so someone obviously happy to add.

I should learn to keep my mouth shut, a sell of 100,000 shares just gone through at 2.1p.

Over 2.6p to buy those 100,000 back, and I am getting quoted 2.5p for NMS of 25,000 so looks like someone wants them.

engelo - I tried googling stratminglobal.com and nothing came up, so well done there - you were faster than google. Yes only 2 directors named, an RNS due soon by the look of it. Well we don't know a lot about GS other than he seems a good bloke, but the appearance of a much improved website as promised is a good sign and I notice the trading in WSAG has pretty much dried up so it looks like those that are in are content to stay in. I know it's a fairly minor thing but their is an actual email contact address in the Contacts section as opposed to the pain in the bum thing the old site had.

engelo, using different methods we have come up with exactly the same outcome.

Last official NAV back in Nov was 2.7p , ie total NAV of £1.72 m

Lets assume that we have sold assets worth £0.8m to buy stake in Grafmada.

Lets assume that the remaining assets are worth the same as last Nov, ie £0.92m

Then current NAV is £0.92m + £7.5m = £8.42m and NAV per share is (wait for it):

£8.42m / 163,872,045 *100 = 13p

keya: in post 801 I describe a graphite operation (Uley project) similar in size and stage of development to Grafmada (both on stream in Q2 2012) that is in process of being taken over by mEGA graphite. I'll repeat the bottom end of the post for convenience:

"This valuation of a similar mine to Grafmada is MINIMUM CAN$70 million (£46.5 m) PLUS a 1.5% royalty on all sales. Lets say VERY CONSERVATIVELY £50 m.

On this valuation we currently own 15% of £50 m which is £7.5 m

We purchased this for $1.275 m which is £0.8 m

We are planning to increase this stake.

If this is accurate this is a stunning deal :o))"
