It suggests the amount sold is not as great as needed, a raft of measures have been brought in during that period that this figure will close. I take it you are just looking to find the negative view. What is your position Phyllis?

what about the cash outflow in cQ4 of A$25m versus sales of only A$5m

what does that suggest to you?

Phillis how is that going to happen then? Take a look back to this 1 year old article on the costs / profits for Drakelands can be found here:

Not a lot has changed in the year other than a modest rise in APT.

You can tell that the bears have run out of steam because we had a higher intraday low on the candlestick daily 1 month chart.

For anyone into technical analysis, the 10dma crossed the 15dma today (as can be seen on the 1 month chart) and that's a very good indication that we will continue rising.

We know that the market makers are willing to purchase shares at 4.92p, which is above the 4.75p bid that is being shown, so as I said before"it won't take a lot to get this going".

And people don't deramp bad shares because there is no need.

BUY.

The sellers are drying up in a big way, only 10k sold today. All the people who bought recently are still holding and it only takes one bit of good news and this will rerate in a huge way.

We have held our recent gains and that shows real strength. This is just a bit of consolidation whilst we wait for a bit more buying pressure from the clever bulls and traders.

There's less than 200m shares available in the open market and recently there have been a lot more buys than sells,so this means that the market makers can't have a lot of shares, which means this could quite easily go up 30%-50% on buying pressure alone.

BUY

Goto proactive investors and watch the video presentation :-

Dated 5th December 2016.

It's a must watch for anyone thinking of buying in!

Knuckles smacking

Oh and one more reason, the Director Shares instead of pay in December is a massive positive (don't listen to the negative Annie's) as a demonstration in the company's future. Coincidentally rules state that any such payments to Directors should not have gains within a minimal 6 week period. We are 5 weeks in and a very good reason to sit on positive news... All IMO and based on mature speculation only

There have been quite a few big buys over the last 3/4 sessions.

It's the smart Bulls who are taking early positions here. Notice how the bears are running out of steam (only a few small sells everyday).

Sentiment is changing ....

Big change needed
Bridging loan available but operating performance terrible
A$21m spent on operations in Q4 and A$4m on development

this produced sales of A$5m

and they were working 24/7

Output of concentrate is the problem not market pricing (yet)

They have enough available funds to last them.

31/1/17 rns :-

The terms of the Bridge Facility provide that RCF VI, a major shareholder and an associate of Wolf's other major shareholders, Resource Capital Fund V L.P. and RCF V Annex Fund, will provide 20million, with the potential for this to be increased to 30million (increase available at the sole discretion of RCF VI) for a maximum of 12 months from the first drawdown. At the end of the quarter a total of 14 million of the Bridge Facility had been utilised.

6m left from drawdown.
10m left from increased 20m - 30m
+ production money from this quarter!

Enough money

1 month daily chart + 6 month weekly candlestick chart = bullish white candlesticks.

These are showing us the way forwards and prove that the BULLS are in total control.

Deramp and knock the charts all you like because the price is only going one way from here and that's UP.

We are going to have daily double digit gains here with increased volume to back it up.

BUY before the herd arrive imho.

Clearly this is the worrying part from last weeks update ie who's going to finance Wolf in the following quarter ?

As stated in the quarterly cash flow report (Appendix 5B), also released today, the Company had A$3.8 million cash at the end of the quarter and A$10.2 million in available loan facilities to support revenue, on a forecast cash outflow of A$19.5 million in the coming quarter.
