Hello all still feeling very annoyed about this lot to be honest they have made a right fool of us all leading us along like this all these years knowing very well they never intended to do anything constructive. I bet they are reading these b/b's right now with a grin all over there faces feeling good about how well they worked this company and got away with stealing our money, because I reckon they will get away with this and we can't do a thing about it and they know it they are just a load of crooks.

Hi there omrothwell. Good to hear from you on here. Where are you living exactly because it does sound rather lovely.

Harold, I am willing to support any action but am wondering if there is any point in voting no at the EGM? If you or others think it might achieve something then it is obviously worth a go.

I have lost a lot of money in the past and I appreciate how some of you must be feeling today. The only advice I can offer is that it can be very character building and you can emerge stronger from the experience. Our only blame if you can call it that was investing here. Any other blame clearly must fall elsewhere.

Owen, I assure you that if we manage to come out of WBN with some of our skin on our backs then I may well take a holiday out your way and celebrate at the BBC with you.

Where you now live is one of my favourite places.

Weather here reverting to type as it rained overnight and has been on and off all morning.

Thanks omrothwell for your comments - especially re the opportunity we have to vote No at the EGM. My shares are in nominee account so will do what you suggest.

All the best

Maybe we could persuade the yanks to reprogramme a couple of drones as a backstop action!! :0)

Poor taste maybe but perhaps understandable when you've been had over! (Again)

Forgot to mention.

Now that the cat is out of the bag it is very important now to join the Shareholder Action Group as most of the minority shares will be held up in Nominee Accounts and it takes a long time to undress these to get to the actual shareholders.

The email address to contact is woburnenergy@gmail.com for those who have not joined in.

To all woburnites let us ztick together with the action group and hope
that this matter can be brought round to our favour, I must say that the
rns on the webb site is diabolical no address and no signature they talk
about shams , on the webb site , do they know the meaning of it.

Harold what do you think of this posted on iii....Well I read it as they have used our money to find an appropriate investment. But find more lucrative to liquidate the company to get some of the money back, which they will be able to invest in another company 100% theirs.
So we will only get the £0.0005 per shares we own. But we could potentially get more by suing the new company, which will get the deal they have been working on with Woburn.
Directors to follow. BTW, I would take £30k now to settle the case in advance.

Morning OMR - long time.

Not sure that I buy into the citizenship idea. Sad Rudy lives in some comfort in Dubai and Kan Run Armpit has lived in the UK for a number of years prior to WBN.

However, see email from the Action Group account as to my idea which, incidentally, coincides with your idea.

And, apart from the bad news re WBN, Cav looks to have crashed out of the Tour. IMHO, he looked to be the culprit which was a shame as his lead out train had done well until about the last kilometer. What the heck was Froome doing up there in the traffic - its the most dangerous place to be for someone who is not a sprinter. He should have stayed back and let them get on with it as he would not have lost time.

Omrothwell

You may indeed have succeeded at GOO and elsewhere but there are many examples of where such Action Groups failed or made things worse-. Not suggesting we do nothing but caution that action may not have the desired effect. How does the share ownership situation at WBN compare with GOO? At WBN we have a majority shareholder with circa 80 plus % ownership.

Anyway just a few comments.

Good morning or afternoon Omrothwell wherever you are. Nice to hear from you again. I do think that your comments of gaining British citizenship for these morons does sound feasible. What crooks. I hope there is a way out and I'm all for whatever we all decide. I did get the impression that you sold out a while ago or have you just found some in your bottom drawer? Regards The Gismo

Hi Max. Well, I must confess, only a slim chance. But even that is better than absolutely no chance if the liquidation goes through.

So I guess its better to fight. Where there's life, there's hope. If they are allowed to kill it off, then goodbye to every penny.

Shareholder power has proved it can work. I was in Gold Oil (GOO) when the CEO had creamed off the funding designated and raised specifically for drilling, to his own company for alleged "office services" and "expenses". The next stop would have been bankrupcy and selling the assets cheaply to their Australian and far Eastern cronies, which just happen to be the criminal Alan Bond, with his Mafia links. So with the help of a few stalwarts, we managed to carry out a successful coup, ousting the entire board. Then after he had managed to get ex Minmet directors voted in, we did the same again, forcing another EGM, and getting shot of them. Goo, now BOIL, has now got a proper and honest board in place, and the new man is first class, but more importantly, the assets are safe, and all funded through to (hopefully) production.

So it can work. Not easy, I grant you.

Evening omr.

Long time etc.

Do you think there is any future in pursuing these clowns?

I ask, not as a shareholder (got shot of mine and only lost about half my money...win win eh? Guru status :-))

But realistically, are you ever going to get anywhere with this?

Regards to you and the rest of the lads and laddesses.

Wilbury ... What kind of people? Hmmmm. I can't answer that, or I will get hauled up before the ethnic minorities relations board. But there are many different kinds of people from all over the world that would give their right arm to come here. Citizenship and a British passport would be just a dream for most. Now let me see, where do they come from? Couple of million quid investment? (which they might even get back, if they get their way). Cheap at half the price. Or just coincidence?

Secondly, Share Holder's Action Group ... SHAG.

We've been shagged. Is that clearer? :)

I'm sure Harold may have thought of that when he created it, but of course, we know he wouldn't dream of such a thing. He's too polite.
