yepToday 08:33Just to explain what this means. WSBN are trading gold and will take a % cut for the trade. The finance allows them to go for bigger deals. The higher the POG the more money WSBN make. I think this makes them now profitable.
Some have said this will take the shares up to 5p. The reason the share price was lower was there were no guarantees the from the finance would take.

It is very dry! However they do state their dislike of dilution to raise money and explain what they are doing to avoid it in the future. This is certainly a very welcome piece of news from any company; especially an AIM company.

I suspect they could get multiple lines of credit initially, which shouldn't be a problem, starting small. No one bank is going to give you £10m in one go, they want to see a year's worth of accounts before extending credit.

Gold might be set to take off, but banks aren't queuing up to throw silly money at gold companies.

I could draw a parallel to Baird's of London. They started in smaller premises, and they are "market makers" in the UK.

I would have thought that they are hoping to have funding agreed and in place before they take part in all these shows so they can talk about how they are going to utilise it to grow the company going forward.
