28,223,197 Ordinary Shares for the conversion of the outstanding loans with Sanderson Capital Partners Limited ("Sanderson") and Black Swan FZE (receiving 8,638,686 Ordinary Shares) and to discharge sundry other creditors. This results in the conversion of GBP292,889.61 for both loans and GBP88,123.55 for other creditors.About 20million shares to clear then rest director holdings, wsbn not moved in this gold run, some one Knew yesterday with a 200k buy?!

Considering the value of business and the latest developments and no debt and money in the bank and the price of gold this should be worth at 5p short term.

Anyone with thoughts on this company? Revenue looks good, Emirates airline back up to 50% of flights, has the shutting down of air travel lead to gold price rise a bit? Ceo looks sure of himself watching videos?

So, he now has 8 billion shares to play with in multiple placings over the coming months and years. But he will need a new and convincing business plan to find anybody to buy them. Let's see what he comes up with. Perhaps an acquisition...

One might think he would at least update his company presentation if he is out with the begging bowl. Or maybe he wants to gauge appetite first before spending the effort.

I am watching too. I assume it's because the company is doing absolutely nothing. At least on the surface. I imagine he is currently going around with the begging bowl trying to get a placing. It's hard to see how that would be possible though as they like to forward sell. But there is no volume to sell into! It's interesting to watch in a morbid kind of way.

The company has a market cap of just £600k. RP is seeking authority to issue £5 million worth of shares. What does that tell you about the amount of dilution to come. After the PGCE debacle I'm surprised this con artist is even still in business.

The thing is though; there is no volume to forward sell into. A placing would fail right now. So some *good* news will have to be manufactured to create a spike. So anyone thinking of gambling in this, bear that in mind!
