Richard Poulden continues to cream shareholders.
He's living the high life in Dubai Risky.
He did the same with PCGE a few years back, and VLRM.
Unfortunately Risky this is just a lifestyle racket for Poulden.
Many AiM stocks are the same, its picking out the ones with bona-fide Directors, that's difficult.
Could recommend one or two that's all.

£150k I think. He used to take shares as part of his remuneration but has stooped that and just takes CASH. So you can see what he believes.

Probably next placing under 1p. BOD don't mind as long as they get paid.

This is absolutely ridiculous, not sure what the company needs to do to get the share price to properly reflect the undoubted potential it has. Let the wait continue!!!

Just sent this message to Wishbone Gold

I would like to know what yearly wages the management pay themselves.
I am very disappointed with the Stock price.
It is trading under 2p when it should be trading around 20p considering the potential it has
If things do not improve then a management change will need to be done.

Thanks

H Mann

Need to do more research on him....

Richard Poulden
Chairman & CEO
Richard read Jurisprudence at Oxford and qualified as a Barrister. He has an MBA from the London Business School.

He has founded and co-founded successful companies in natural resources, healthcare, retail and technology.

Richard was Chairman and CEO of AIM quoted Sirius Minerals Plc where he oversaw the transformation of the company into a substantial potash business through a series of acquisitions in Australia, USA and the UK.

He was also the Chairman of Valereum Plc, focused on the linking of conventional, mainstream currency products denominated in USD and GBP into the world of cryptocurrencies.

Previously Richard has been a merchant banker at Samuel Montagu & Co, a management consultant at Arthur D. Little and in the European Leadership Team of Electronic Data Systems

Judging by the action is a Placing on the cards...

If it is then it shows how corrupt AIM MArket is

They should try alternative funding which does not destroy shareholder value
