Directorate Change
The Board of the Company announces that Carl Clifton resigned on the 20th
September 2010 as an executive director of the Company and shall leave his post
on the 30th September 2010 to pursue other interests.
The Company intends to appoint a new executive director in due course.
Costa Theo Chairman of The Works commented, "The Board would like to express its
thanks to Carl for his contribution to the businesses and we wish him well for
the future".
