Wildcat Quarterly (Catflap) Newsletter
(September 2024 - Mid December 2024)
The last quarter of the year has been an extremely busy one for the Company in South Sudan.
In September 2024, the Company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Nile Petroleum Corporation ("Nilepet"), the National Oil and Gas Corporation of South Sudan, to collaborate together for acquiring the assets previously held by Petronas Carigali Limited ("PCNL"), a subsidiary of Petronas Nasional Berhad (together "PETRONAS"), in the Republic of South Sudan. The Wildcat team has just returned from a visit to South Sudan during which it had meetings with Nilepet.
In October 2024, the Company raised £156,000 (before expenses) by way of a placing of new ordinary shares and issued its annual audited accounts for the year to 30 June 2024.
