Before you all go jumping in or topping up just remember EHGOS were down to 5.07% on 25/06/2019 so if you believe in the lock-in story the sells yesterday could not have been them. To get a clearer picture of what is really going on you need to press DS for information on the share register. It is a legal requirement that companies keep updated shareholder information on their website. Furthermore before you vote on the resolutions next month you have to know who is holding what percentage of stock. The directors have urged shareholders to vote in favour of the resolutions and the new Articles of Association but how many shares are the directors holding.75% of the votes cast must be in favour of the Resolutions but who is voting?. Those of you that intend to vote cannot be expected to complete your Proxy Forms blindfolded.

WideCells Group - WDC

I wouldn't sell this one there's a chance to miss out. If you do then yes you make a profit but you will lose out in the end. Trust me, experience

Nevermind the incidental irritations, let's focus guys and gals. Quinlan mentioned a consumer company in interview, acquisitions have been mentioned in presentation and RNS several times in both. The Directors will inevitably take positions and they have been aggressively employing ex unilad and others due to the workload. We have a lot of activity in the blockchain sector which is probably central so I'm thinking there may well be two or three large deals in the offing. Therefore somewhere between 3m and 5m would be conservative? Forward earnings projections of just ten as a multiple plus cash should see c5p per share?

No, you are correct. You did say 5p this week though, currently 3.5p

For clarification :

From RNS on 17/6/19

The Company is also pleased that following any final conversions, the Investor has agreed to a lock-in in respect of shares representing no less than 5% of the issued share capital of the Company post this conversion. The documentation has been provided to the Investor and it is proposed that the lock-in will be for a period of the no less than four months.

===========================================================================

Down to 5% on 25/6/19

So 5% locked-in until at least 25/10/19.

Agree/Disagree?
