Ok Guys and Girls, it was made clear yesterday that there was alot of issues with the WDC old company, the Legacy issues have been 90% complete and will be over ( John Said) in the next weeks.

the 2.7m was used to pay tax bills, VAT and such alike, the old directors owed money which has been repaid. and some of the draw down money has been used

We will have more information coming though the social media streams and websites from monday.

they made it clear they wanted a STRONG SOLID structure, not to just go boom were off and a complete mess restructuring.!

the two new companies will not be used at this time but will be used in the future for various new Intellectual products( platforms) and other revenue streams.
