The Company was notified on 28 March 2024 of the exercise of nil cost options over Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") in the Company on 28 March 2024 by Mark George in respect of tranche 2 of the buyout award granted under Listing Rule 9.4.2 as set out below.
