The Annual General Meeting of White Young Green plc was held at the Village 
Hotel North Leeds, 186 Otley Road, Headingley, Leeds LS16 5PR on 11 December 
2009 at 3pm. 
 
 
All 10 resolutions put to members were passed on a show of hands. Resolutions 1 
to 8 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 9 and 10 were passed as 
special resolutions. 
 
 
Copies of the relevant resolutions have been submitted to the UK Listing 
Authority's Viewing Facility which is situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary 
Wharf London, E14 5HS.
