25/3/2021 13:56 | No. We got into this never ending mess because marxism is an endemic in parts of academia, the beeb gives them the required publicity, and the 'Tory' prime minister either doesn't realise or daren't stand up to them. Isolate the vulnerable, close borders, and life goes on as normal for the rest who get covid, don't come to any harm, and infections follow the gaussian curve and burn themselves out - like every other virus. They are all still there btw, occasionally flaring up, even the plague, but they do little harm to a population. Isolating everybody is just nonsense and fulfills marxist agendas. When we get a disease which doesn't follow the perfectly natural gaussian curve, then its the end of mankind, and probably all animal life. Could happen tomorrow, in a hundred years or a million or a billion, who knows. | pierre oreilly
25/3/2021 13:25 | Why not be afraid of third waves and new variants. Thats why we got into this mess in the first place .No foresight . | gozzie2

25/3/2021 05:55 | Boris is afraid of: 1. A third wave which hasn't happened. 2. A large scale new variant outbreak which hasn't happened. 3. Taking power back from scientists. 4. Turning taxpayers science funding down back to pre-pandemic levels. 5. Reducing money to cronies' PPE, testing, track and trace ventures. 6. Carrie. 7. The Green Lobby. 8. His shadow. 9. Coming out from behind the sofa. 10. A Public Inquiry! Boris is not afraid of: 1. Spending imaginary money that may or may not exist decades into the future. 2. Spending other people's money. 3. Causing the death of many people by withdrawing treatment of cancer, cardiovascular, lung, kidney, liver diseases, etc. 4. Putting a million people into bankruptcy. 5. The destruction of lives, businesses, relationships and marriages. There, TEN reasons to continue with lockdowns and only FIVE against. Any questions?! | strategy and luck
25/3/2021 05:34 | If the government’s aim was to stamp out Covid-19, they’ve failed. If the government’s aim was to keep deaths to less than 20,000, they’ve failed. If the government’s aim was to save care home residents, they’ve failed. If the government’s aim was to save the NHS, they’ve closed it! If the government’s aim was to save jobs, they’ve failed. If the government’s aim was to save the economy, they’ve failed. If the government’s aim was to create a world-class track & trace system…you know the rest…!! | strategy and luck
