Latest opinion poll now 56% Remain 44% Leave, Trend likely to continue towards the 60/40 pro Remain level. Leave handicapped by its moronic cheerleaders, Rees Mogg, Johnson, Farage, Martin. The extreme Brexiteers have gotten greedy and now face the inevitable suspension of Article 50 and a crushing defeat in the 2nd Referendum, later this year.

With wrinklies dying off by the day and being replaced by young, pro EU voters on the electoral register, a comfortable victory for Remain, in the second referendum looks assured.

You have to laugh at the Bretix scenario and hints of a scam...the people of this country were given a choice, ie, either vote 'in' or 'out'....the Prime Minister keeps saying that she's pushing forward with the mandate given by the British people,....Not a single person in this country voted for a 'half-In/half-out' solution....how could they, it wasn't on the ballot paper.

"A deal" That's all we've heard from the losers since they realised they'd lost. "A deal" with the EU is irrelevant. It is leaving that was voted for, not a loser-friendly deal. WTO trading will be fine. That's what the WTO is for. The EU is a crooked cartel and deserves to end up where it's obviously headed. We won't be in it when it does.

Not that that will make one iota of difference to Spoons bottom line.

Inclined to agree with the Street Party idea ..

One thing that I have noticed with my son and his Uni chums.
They have been great supporters of Spoons because they like the cheap beer.
Of late , comments have been that they are bored with going to Spoons and are drifting away

I can absolutely 100% guarantee there will be no riots and civil disorder in the event of a no deal brexit. There will be huge street party's and celebrations as we will be out of the dictatorship.

Army Reservists are called up in preparation for no-deal Brexit: Troops will be on standby on the streets from NEXT MONTH in case of civil unrest'

* Berenberg says it sees "little reason" to own shares of
UK pub operators Greene King ("sell"), Marston's ("hold") and Mitchells & Butlers ("hold")
* Brokerage says cost pressures, such as national living wage increases and inflation appear "unlikely to abate" for UK pubs this year
* Berenberg continues to expect growth for JD Wetherspoon ("buy"), given its "leading value-for-money offer"
* Fuller Smith & Turner ("buy") should continue to deliver strong like-for-like growth in 2019.

Central bank in trouble German finances tumbling Italian Banks on the brink they are gagging for our £39 billion, trouble is the UK needs for its own people and will May bail them out. This has opened our eyes, politians are only working for the banking ponzie setup we borrow to give to EU and foreign aid world wide and we pay intetest and pay more taxes like the stealth tax on probate just started..

I love treason but hate a traitor....a quote from Julius Caesar.

You need to check how your MP voted.
At the ballot box Revenge will be sweet at the next general election..

He rarely visits my local Wetherspoons but he'd be at home with all the local, like minded gargoyles who frequent it. He doesn't even seem able to recognise the difference between the luxury of eating out, where food is prepared, cooked and served to you, your cutlery and crockery washed up for you and the purchase of basic foodstuffs from shops to be consumed at the home of the purchaser. He thinks that this is a huge injustice that they are not taxed equally.

61% of Grantham voted Leave, but their Remoaner MP Nick Boles is trying to thwart Brexit. They deserve much better than this arrogant clown, so it's great to see he's on the verge of deselection. Grassroots taking control - The TRAITOR won't be missed!

“More than 99 per cent” of Conservative Party members and residents who have contacted the local Conservative Party association have called for Nick Boles to be deselected as the local MP, according to its chairman.

Spin this any way you like, but we voted to leave and have been stuffed by May and her Tory MPs. Mark my words they will feel our wrath at the polling stations and many Tory MPs will lose their jobs, the Tory party will be finished....
