Change of trustee in relation to the Westpac Securitisation Trust Programme,
Series 2002-1G WST Trust, Class A notes (ISIN: US96121RAD44; CUSIP Number 96121R
AD4) issued pursuant to a master trust deed dated 14 February 1997.

Notice is hereby given that, with effect from 16 January 2008, Westpac
Securities Administration Limited retired as trustee in respect of the
above-referenced securities and was replaced by BNY Trust Company of Australia
Limited. The specified office of BNY Trust Company of Australia Limited is Level
4, 35 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia.
