so ex director buys just over 20 million shares.

this is what they said before he left a few years ago

Rajinder (Raj) Kumar, Managing Director and sole shareholder of Key2Holidays
Limited has been appointed with a wider role of Business Development Director
for the group and will also join the Western & Oriental plc board with immediate
effect. Raj, aged 41, a successful entrepreneur, brings significant on-line and
tour operation experience to Western & Oriental. He founded The Destination
Group in 1992, a successful online tour operator that was subsequently sold in
2002 to lastminute.com.

knowing,if they dispose of something after the strategic review,do you think they will return money to shareholders through a special dividend or some other way?

They are not going to let these shares go cheap now. When you look at the capitalisation of the stock vs it's turnover it gives a good idea what the potential is.

Who the buyer is we will have to wait and see but my gut feeling is that this has the legs to go far higher based on the trading pattern so even if you pay a premium now it should not be long before you will be in profit.

No John my order was rejected. Seller finished for sure as they are now only offering 10K at the new offer. Any real volume and this will be a top gainer.

looking interesting, that's a %50 gain in the last month, 1.65 just paid looks like our seller is either on holiday or finished???

Singapore at present. Left Thailand Sunday. There seems to be a buyer out there as sells are being mopped up.

Just put another fill or kill to see if I can pick up some stock.
