Yep thats one major reason why I came back to the UK. Anyway if the market continues in this fashion it brings retirement a little closer.

I'd like to be into to that scene but it's a bit difficult with my thai wife following me everywhere.know what you mean though about the people,food etc.I'd like to live there but international school fees,just can't afford them.

No I just think that the overhang has gone and this will recover back to more sensible levels. They are presently offering 37.5K online so now is a very good time to dip in if you haven't already.

1 million sell gone through,could be credit agricole want to dump the lot.I'll be adding some more on he way down,long term this is a winner.
