The Weir Group PLC (the "Company") hereby announces that the PDMR noted below transferred 19,808 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company for nil consideration from his nominee account with Stocktrade to a nominee account in the name of his spouse, Rachel Stanton, PCA, also held with Stocktrade.
