30/8/2024 12:13 | From LSE BB: “Many chunky buys have gone through today. 30/8/2024 11:48 | Bouncing back !!! Bought some | blackhorse23
30/8/2024 10:03 | Surprised, no one is mentioning the large provision and building remedial works that are needed for the next year (and in the last year). That's the reason why profitability has been low here for the last 12 months and the reason why it will be for the next 12 months. However, this company were generating 15p eps before this provision. I see no reason why it cannot return to that in 12 months. The shares are low now. A equity issue is unlikely imho at this price point. Much more likely will be a working capital bond / financing agreement to ensure sufficient working capital. The shares will rerate over the next year imho. Super bargain now. | wallywoo
30/8/2024 09:43 | “we do not currently expect adjusted operating profit in FY25 to be above FY24” I think it’ll just flatline and go sideways for a while | trader465
30/8/2024 09:20 | @alotto: “ the Group is expected to show material improvement in FY24, with adjusted operating profit currently expected to be in the range of £10m to £12m (FY23: £0.2m). The Group has been effective in its focus on cash generation through the second half; at 30 September 2024, gross cash is anticipated to be approximately £80 million (31 March 2024: £67m) and net cash is anticipated to be approximately £65m (31 March 2024: £44m), ahead of previous expectations” | sam_
30/8/2024 08:44 | What would happen in absence of funds? Will the company still be profitable? Funding can't be provided by shares issuance due to the weak share price. It seems WJ is troubled, unless the available 'options' are viable and good to a large extent. We need some serious director purchase here to reinstate investor confidence. The last purchase was worth about £50K (at 32p), which is not a great deal for a (non-executive) director. | alotto
30/8/2024 08:06 | It’s to take advantage of market conditions and further develop the company’s pipeline. From the RNS : “ While the Group's robust net cash position provides it with a strong financial underpin for its committed spending requirements, it is nevertheless a limiting factor on the extent to which we can take advantage of market conditions and further develop our pipeline. In light of this, the Board is undertaking a review of a range of options that may be available to enhance its medium and longer term funding position, thereby allowing the Group to capitalise on a market recovery.” | sam_
30/8/2024 07:59 | Cash flow not enough for current projects!! | blackhorse23
30/8/2024 06:32 | What's the funding for, I thought there was plenty of cash on the balance sheet? | alotto

28/8/2024 23:53 | I would absolutely love it if there was a fund raise and dilution - I would be laughing hard at you boring losers going on about NAV | strawberry alarm clock
28/8/2024 14:06 | The current market cap is now lower than the company's cash, effectively giving a negative value to all its other assets!!! | sam_
