Where have all the traders gone today - not much doing, I notice that the last sell went through at 0.18p, so dropping from last weeks 0.20p - 0.22p sales, and that will probably be the trend now, as it heads towards 0.10p

Time will tell, I suppose, but not looking good today, considering the big buys, they certainly have had no impact on the price, infact since these buys, the price has lowered.

Why is that SAGEM - what exactly is going on that you know and we don't

Sagem, I'd like to ask you a couple of questions, if you don't mind, after re-rreading a post of yours from 19 July which said "I STILL HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THIS COMPANY AND ITS SHARE PRICE. a LOT IS GOING ON BEHIND THE SCENCES THAT EVEN YOU P, SMITH NO NOTHING ABOUT.SO BUY SOME SHARES WHILE YOU CAN."

First, Sagem, you say you still have a lot of confidence in the company and you think the shares will go up. Can I ask you, didn't you say the same thing at 3p and 4p, and haven't you in fact lost over 90% of your original investment in WGT ?

Secondly, haven't the events of the last couple of months at WGT made you, even for a moment, wonder if you've been completely wrong all along to think WGT would be a good investment ?

Finally, you say a lot is going on behind the scenes. Do you have access to WGT's directors and know this for a fact ? If so, why don't you give at least a hint as to what it is. Or are you just making up a lot of blather with no basis in fact ? I think it's time you make it clear, do you know something (if so, what) or are you just making bullish noises with nothing to back it up ?

SAGEM - remember, people bought £ 495,000 of placing shares, just before the suspension of shares, at I think 2.25p, let me see, what are they worth now, oh yes, 0.2p......................., nothing has changed since then, except the debt has been placed elsewhere, and EBG are laughing all the way to the bank, because they bought shares at 0.10p on conversion of loan notes, and sold all of them at 100% + profit.

Likewise, Burnbrae have converted at 0.10p, maybe in the hope that they too can find some idoits to sell to at 0.20p like EBG have.

There is something strange going on with this share at the moment, I can't think of any reason why anyone would want to invest in a company, whose current management lost its investors over 90% in the last couple of months, and whose companies are suffering because they still can't pay people on time, even after this refinancing, still at the end of June, people were not paid on time, and still I have not received £ 2800 odd pounds now owing since April.

Oh Yes, and not to mention the fact that they haven't turned in a profit in the last five years when the industry sector they are in has had the best five years in history

So SAGEM - I would like to hear why you think this share is such a good buy at the moment, when the directors obviously don't, because they have bought no shares all the while they have been at this giveaway price, you answer me that one, if they have no confidence, where have you got yours from ???????????

Directors who hold less than 0.5% individually of the issued share capital, do not instill much confidence in me to want to invest.

It is about time you came up with some fact, instead of hope

P.SMITH Have a look at the buys today, can you tell me why they are buying in sized quantities, Mainly buys and not many sells.............do they know something that you do not. You keep selling the company short, but buyers are out their buying Wigmore shares. Some pretty big stakes taken already. Are they all wrong. Answers please....

So Blavod, if you think WGT is a ten-bagger, i.e. the price will go from 0.2p middle today to 2p, what about the fact that with 3 billion shares issued or to be issued, WGT would have a market value of £60m at 2p ? What can you suggest will make them worth so much ?

That's what I'd call silly money.

As for your other cut n paste, I don't think people like me or psmith64 have been at all hysterical. We've simply and coldly gone through the very unattractive facts. One fact of investment is that people very often have opinions about shares they don't own, and they have every right to express them. These boards are not just for uninformed pushers of a stock to spout their rubbish which very often has no basis in fact.

You could say I've been posting negatively about WGT for a long time. Well, I was absolutely right to do so, anyone who heeded my warnings would have avoided losing 95% of their money.

I copied this from another BB but it's a generalisation that fits in here too.

It is ALWAYS a good sign when people go to such trouble and get so hysterical in trying to get you out of a share.

Anyone who genuinely thinks a share is bad will either never buy or, if they own shares, quietly leave. Who in their right mind goes out of their way to lower the price beforehand?

Mud is never thrown at a share no-one wants. It is just ignored. Just as you, well most of you, and I don't post on boards for shares in which we have no interest.

Rest assured folks, all this rubbish is a very good indicator for us.

Well PSmith keep up the negative posts, I doubt the institutions that are in todays RNS's give a sh1t. While you try and scare everyone away they are in big time and staying for the ride. You may well end up wishing you had the ba11s to put in £100,000 instead of £100 !

And as for "the small investor getting further and further diluted by the day" do you think all small investors are that naive that they think they have a different position to the institutions ?
When an institution stepped up and converted 300,000 convertible loan notes in the company into 177.0 mln new shares do you think they didn't know that they were in effect diluting their own holding ????
The loan notes had already been issued and were therefore already in the price as being likely to be converted so no more dilution than was expected really or did you expect WGT to buy them back :)))
Also another institution buys 50,000,000 ordinary shares or approximately 8.2% of the company at .225p so do you think they are mad like you seem to imply every private buyer or holder is ?
Looks like you are the only one not convinced of the upside potential and I have no expectations of £1 but a ten bagger is still very very likely and thats why institutions are piling in and getting the shares at silly money.

Looks like the market is realising at last, this share is not worth above 0.10p, I expect the bid to drop to nearer the 0.10p mark by the end of this week.

Also, If Mr Mellon is a friend of Mr Hewitt, you are going to be lumbered with Mr Hewitt at the helm of this sinking ship, as Burnbrae has aquired just over 29% by way of cashing in loan notes, so may be he will get the last laugh over Mr Dean afterall.

Oh this is getting interesting, it's getting more and more like a soap opera each day, with the small investor getting further and further diluted by the day, and losing even more money.

I am glad I have only got £ 100.00 riding on this one as an out and out gamble, because that is excactly what this share is now, a big gamble, stacked in favour of the bookie.

MAXINVESTOR - don't waste too much

SAGEM - you would stand more chance of a win on the lottery than waiting for this one to get to 1p, maybe its time to call it day, and get above 0.10p while you still can.

As it was over 3% of the shares in the Co expect an RNS.

I'm tempted for a small punt.
