Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group, announces that the Company was notified on 2 July 2018 that, on that date, Chris Rogers, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 22,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 109p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Chris holds 22,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.03% of the Company's total issued share capital.
