Director / PDMR Share Purchases

Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and furnishings group, announces that the Company was notified on 4 June 2021 that, on the same day, Simon Montague, husband of Lisa Montague, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, purchased 11,328 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 176.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Lisa Montague has an interest in 58,317 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.08% of the Company's total issued share capital.

The Company was also notified on 3 June 2021 that, on the same day, George Goode, husband of Carla Barnett, Group HR Director and PDMR, purchased 4,084 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 171.00 p per Ordinary Share.
