1 trade all day and its the largest there has been in a long while. Somebody knows what a spectacular failure the March production has been. With the 2nd tranche of blackrock funds linked to performance, it looks like it might finally be heading for the game over.

I see the geriatrics are banging their Zimmerframes in delight as it passes the 3p mark. Don't they realise they have over $80m of debt that is rising at an alarming rate. Even if the debt was frozen at 0% The mine life is not long enough to repay the debt at the likely best production of around 80t oer month average.
Soon be starting with a two again before getting the plug pulled IMO

We need a plan and projections of the payback of this massive debt. Bod need to provide loads of open comms about what is happening. Otherwise looks like wres is to be a cash cow for Blackrock.

Ok. No liquidators yet.
$78m senior debt with Blackrock with 25% of the company in Warrants.
Must take total debt to close at $90m and rising. 25x MCAP.

Marketmakers have a rise on the Ask with an 18% spread at time of writing.
Still no news on the mine reopening.

Liquidators called in this week ? It's a distinct possibility. Raising funds seems to be problematic. If it happens, how much of the detail will be shared.

And now we are at the last day of the week. Nothing firm of an update, another serious miss by Masterman and that's 3 weeks of the mine being closed.
If the cash burn was bad, its even worse now.
Looking forward to seeing the Q1 production numbers in 6 weeks.

All this time with hardly any communication from wres and now, with nothing concrete to report, we are inundated with it! Learn the lesson. Keep the market informed! If there are physical problems and you’re fixing them, then show us what you are doing! Fed up telling them this.

Another missed Masterman timeline. "Early next week" Hello McMasterman its Thursday day tomoorw and currently mid-week. Oh and the mine is still not operating again that we know. Looks like it was not maintenance but no money to turn the lights on for the last few weeks.

There are so many plat. Easily missed.
I doubt the next will be a placing, I mean it could only be 2p with a 1:1 warrant at 4p or something. If they try to raise £1m thats more then 25% of the company so Masterman would lose his majority holding unless he ponied up £500k himself.
Wouldn't surprise me though. But, how long will £1m last after a month with 2 weeks production. Probably another month to 6 weeks and then its a rinse and respeat.

Atlas type CLN deal perhaps, that would be bad too

Its as close to the lights being turned out as it ever was and some people are still holding !
