Director Notification
Pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, WH Ireland provides the following update:
On 19 June 2024, PCF Group plc (and its associated companies PCF Credit Limited, PCF Bank Limited and Azule Limited) announced that it had appointed liquidators and entered into Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation.
Garry Stran, a director of WH Ireland, was a director of PCF Group plc until 19 June 2024 when he tendered his resignation as a director (on the same day as the liquidators were appointed). Garry remains a director of PCF Group plc's associated companies PCF Credit Limited, PCF Bank Limited and Azule Limited.
Simon Moore, a director of WHI Ireland, was a director of PCF Group plc and PCF Bank Limited until 19 June 2024 when he tendered his resignation as a director of both these companies (on the same day as the liquidators were appointed).
