Chi Yun, Miss Wendy WONG Dick Yee, as a discretionary object, has reached the 
age of 18 while the founder interest of Mr. Allan WONG Chi Yun in
the said discretionary trust remains unchanged

- Mr. Allan WONG Chi Yun for 10,307,393 shares;
- Madam KWOK Margaret Chi-wai for 3,968,683 shares; and
- before this Notification, in the name of Newcourt Trustees Limited for an 
aggregate of 78,700,590 shares comprising 1,416,325 shares directly held by 
Honorex Limited ("Honorex"), as to 65,496,225 shares directly held by Conquer 
Rex Limited ("Conquer Rex"), as to 7,188,603 shares directly held by Twin 
Success Pacific Limited ("Twin Success") plus another 4,599,437 shares held in 
the name of Power Precise Holdings Limited; and
-  after this Notification, in the name of Newcourt Trustees Limited for an 
aggregate of 74,101,153 shares comprising 1,416,325 shares directly held by 
Honorex, as to 65,496,225 shares directly held by Conquer Rex and as to 
7,188,603 shares directly held by Twin Success subsequent to the disposal of 
the deemed interests in Power Precise Holdings Limited when the daughter of 
Mr. Allan Wong Chi Yun has reached the age of majority.

-  Madam Kwok Margaret Chi-wai (spouse of Mr. Allan Wong Chi Yun); and
-  Interest of a discretionary trust in shares of VTech Holdings Limited of

discretionary object, has reached the age of 18 while the founder interest of 
Mr. Allan WONG Chi Yun in the said discretionary trust remains unchanged
