Directorate Change
Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, announces that Barrie
Cottingham today retires as a non-executive director of the Group and
as Chairman of the Audit Committee. As planned, Stephen Rogers who
joined the Board as a non-executive director in October 2008, takes
over as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Jeremy Pilkington, Chairman, commented: "Barrie's wise counsel has
been a great asset to Vp over a 13 year period in which the Group has
embraced significant change and successfully developed into the
equipment rental specialist that it is today. I would like to thank
Barrie on behalf of the Board, the employees and the shareholders for
his valued contribution to Vp and to wish him well on his
retirement."
