I believe there`s a premium thread with a list of such stocks. Does anyone know of a list I can see somewhere else? Thanks.

is it possible to do a toplist of relative strength(definition below).

Relative Strength is the relative price performance rank over the last x trading days against the market. Ranks are 1 to 99 with higher numbers representing stronger performance

This is certainly something Im looking forwards to. There are of course 'beta' and fractal volatility and potential other permutations. But I expect we could do several. However the developers are up to their ears in stuff right now so it may take quite some time to get to it.

onlyme - cheers for the links.

advfn - price volatility over a variable timescale is essentially what Id be looking for. Given as a positive/negative percentage swing over that period in league table format. Ideally, Im looking to track those stocks that are acting on clear TA indicators.

I'd be grateful if you could help.

Oh yeah, you can get vol' figures for the UK stocks that have options from www.Liffe.com (but you try and find your way around that site!)

Yes there are sites that measure volatility...

(I use it for USA stocks)

Also I have an Excel spreadsheet that will calculate vol' for any stock if you have the stock price history.
Mail me with "Volatility" in the subject and I'll send you a copy...

Some advice please.

Are there any sites which measure stock volatility.

Perhaps ADVFN can could add a volatility list to their top lists with options on timescale?!
