What dio the BoD here actually do...as there is nothing but silence and RNSs that issue more shares to themselves... ?? Where is crowdfunding platform that was due last November..time is passing and opportunity could be lost as others are already joining the bandwagon ??

So another drop in share price ..come on Mr Chris Ingram...as new chair since last Sep...about time surely you brought your considerable expertise to bear upon the BoD and get this moving...at least let the shareholders in on what's the plan here ?? ;O)

Looks like we are waiting for FCA approval for Carduus Capital acquisition...wtf have the board beemn doing all this time over last 4 months. No update on crowd funding platform that was due delivery pre-Xmas...at lesat thay can indicate how far they have got. !!

Don't think they care much for the shareholders...But they are happy to award themselves shares at knock down prices. Wss hoping for a change with the new chairman...nit seen much so far but let's hope ....we will get the platform in place soon...

At last some movement in right direction and some volume of buys....think the crowd funding platform should just about be ready for launch in the next month orvso..if they have kept with the plan outlined in the earlier presentation. So we must be close to some news soon...

So....latest update shows all on track for crowd funding project...acquisition of Cardu Capital ( reducing losses.

presentation indicates that the CF platform is still on for
delivery...!

"
# From several proposals to the board, management selected a plan
from a group of investors, led by experienced investment
professionals who invested £265,000 of new equity and a loan
of £80,000!

# The platform has been specified and is currently being built!

# Launch scheduled for the end of the year"

Think it may be in time for the CF event VIS is proposing to hold
in Feb 2015 ??

So we may have some news by end of year or before then on
progress..assuming the the investors who put in £265k will
requiring some update .!

Let's hope that's not the case .. Derek Stewart had a 10% holding here...so hopefully he is still on the case with the Platform development...but who knows ??

The communication with shareholders here is naff really...

yep....not sure what the Board of this company are doing apart from taking their salaries ?.

There is no update on the progress with the flagship Crowd funding project...i.e. if it's still happening, hoe far has it got and and if so how far is it from launch ... surely got to be soon ???

Derek Stewart is 10% major shareholder has stepped down from the Board to focus on crowd funding ? ...thought he was leading on that project anyway? Maybe the platform is getting ready for launch..its about time??

Anyone attend the AGM as there may have been a bit more details about this ??
