And if that's the case where is the profit now ? Where is the money for the infrastructure spend ?

If they don't get paid and also sell a lot more gas than is currently the case there will be another placing !!!

As sure as night follows day !!

It was mentioned in the March RNS - so whats happened - if it's not already been restructured it needs paying back ?!

Vog won’t cut off Eneo, that would cripple them. They are relying on getting paid by Eneo what ever the payment terms are. Since the consolidation a few years ago Vog has raised more funds at 57p and recently at 13p. We have gone from 100 million shares to 250 million shares. Apart from paying the wages what have Vog achieved with that money. Nothing.

But you said the debt was being restructed the other day ?

The $6m (even if it's paid) will almost all be needed to repay the debt that now needs to be amortised..

Why do you keep thinking that I'm worried ?

It's a discussion board on shares that I was recently invested in and will be again if they start getting paid for what they're selling. I'm still winning on these so ignoring all of my input isn't necessarily always the correct strategy.

It's a marathon not a sprint eh ??!

If you are going to make statements like VOG are going bust by the time of the AGM (which will be in a couple of weeks time) then I am not going to engage with you.

Grow up and sell your fantasy shares and get a life.

Dusty said and I quote "No increasing gas sales"

I was merely poiting out we had been told a few days ago of a 100% rise in gas sales.

Indeed ENEO have not paid since Feb. They will pay or they will be cut off.

I am not worried in the slightest.

You seem very worried and don't even hold any shares.

Based on ENEO paying and VOG doing average 10.2 mmscf/d for 2019 then VOG will have about $6 million of free cash flow for 2019 (see recent GMP note) . Not a lot but a start.

Yes I agree VOG is a punt at the moment. At least VOG have commercial gas , infra structure and real customers. Many AIM companies have none of these.

Well said Herman, by the time the AGM comes around it will be too late. Going bust..

100% increase in sales is not relevant and you know it - VOG are not being paid for the majority of this uplift. Look at the share price and stop deluding yourself.

Of course there is a cash flow issue, they continue to spend more than they earn (without ENEO paying their bills this is a fact).

A positive RNS saying that they have been paid and that guarantees are in place then the investment horizon looks a lot different - at the moment though this continues to be a pure punt.

Anything you say to the contrary is totally misleading.... !!!

So ENEO pays on time, but per which period: week / month / quarter ?

yes all will become clear at the AGM but you don't need to lie.

There has been a 100% increase in gas sales
There has been an insurance claim which was rejected
VOG are not desperate for cash.

Like I’d just said. All will become clear at the Agm. The board need to be open and honest with shareholders. Foo’s gone we move on. Any one attending this year. I’m sure there’s plenty of questions we can ask.

dusty you might think Foo was useless but you don't need to lie about no increase in gas sales / desperate for cash / fibbing about insurance claim. These are lies and you know it.

Hopefully at the Agm the new board will be more honest and up front with the current situation. Who knows what the future will bring. Maybe a little more patience required.

Absolutely agree, Foo’s cost shareholders a fortune by misleading all investors for years. So what’s the best route for payback time.

Why do you still hold shares then is VOG is a fraud ?

Dusty, this company is rotten to the core. What would anybody expect looking at FOO's track record? He lied from day 1 anything he ever said was questionable. He has screwed everybody over for his own gains. If there was one man in this world I hate then it's FOO and I've met some rotten people in my time.
Nothing good will come from this company, my guess is the next AGM it will be announced that it's no longer viable to continue and one of the gang of FOO will snap it up.
The fraud squad should be involved in what is going on here!

And down the share price goes again. No increasing gas sales, no West Med sale, desperate for cash and fibbed about an Insurance Claim for the last year. No wonder people are selling. Roll on the Agm.

Looks like ENEO have signed a Hydro Power agreement that will likely mean they won't need any VOG gas after 2023..

The proposed Nachtigal Hydro Power Plant is old news. It has been talked about for 20 years. Never happens.

Hydro is very expensive to develop. Lots of problems in country and some other hydro projects currently stalled due to financing issues.

Also hydro is very seasonal. It can't generate power all year round.

The Cameroon government and ENEO have said many times they need a diverse energy solution for the country with is hydro, thermal, solar etc.

The last drill has all but bankrupt VOG to not have heads of terms in place prior to a 100 million drill is suicidal and shows utter neglect. To not have heads of term in place for somebody who never paid you is astonishing!
The only winner out of this will be FOO he has a nice new $100 million hole full of gas (paid for by us) to collect his royalty payments for life. He is scum the type this planet don’t need.

KAV

Some nice words in the morning note from the highly respected mining analyst John Meyer at share price Angel ref: LSE:KAV / www.kavangoresources.com /Tw*tt*r = #KAV

Kavango Resources (KAV LN) 3.6p, Mkt Cap £5.7m – Laws of probability to be rewritten after Kavango strikes mineralisation in first and second drill holes under Karoo sand in Botswana

Kavango, which is exploring for a large-scale bushveld igneous-type mineralisation reports results from a second drill hole in Botswana.

The team which are highly experienced in the geology of the region have used geophysical data and remote sensing to establish drilling locations.

Remarkably, the first drill hole hit mineralisation under the sandy Karoo sediments
Even more remarkably the second drill hole is reported to have also hit mineralisation including copper in chalcopyrite with a 1.5% XRF gun reading. X-Ray Frequency gun readings are not considered to be reliable due to their potential for miss-reporting but we do place some value on the readings when in the honorable hands of Messrs. Foster and Moles.

The first drill hole hit a 200m zone of intensely altered rock with indicative cobalt values of up to 0.9%, averaging 0.2% cobalt and >70m of elevated copper, zinc, lead and nickel values.

Conclusion: Kavango is worth watching and we await results from drill core assays. While we never doubted the skill of the geological team we are surprised and impressed to see two sets of mineralised results in so short a time frame. Well done team!
