Herman, you miss the point.

It's increasing the expenditure without having confirmed sales of the product which is the BIG problem here.

So I repeat the question who and how many people are on the ground trying to sell the gas ???

The recent dilution won't see this through so where will the money come from to finish off the latest spending plans ??

I don't care where DIK lives he's part of the problem not the solution where are the sales team living and what are their names ???

Hold my hands up I apologise for missing it in the RNS I was as purely commenting on DIK’s interview in which he failed to mention it.

FFS read the RNS's the company has issued about the proc plant upgrade.

The stuck gun is a cost to be paid. likewise a re-drill will also be needed at some time assuming VOG sells more and more gas and gets paid for it??????????

I thought they'd already upgraded?

Surely the upgrade of the processing plant is more important than removing the stuck gun. We can’t sell the gas we have so why remove it now?

I'm not one to harp on but after watching Dik's interview I noticed one glaring omission to his strategy for growth.
One would have thought that the 2 major things he should be focusing on are sales and the upgrade of the treatment plant. Am I wrong in saying that he never mentioned the treatment plant during the whole interview? Has this slipped his mind?

To me given the glaring omission of the upgrade to the treatment plant, driving the sales is not a priority!
Therefore I don't think he should be in the position he is in as we need somebody with the foresight to know sales revenue is the lifeblood of any company and we are and will fail miserably.

I'm afraid there is no change in the management thinking her so I can see further dilution or a simple delisting.

And before anybody says to contact the company I have tried on numerous occasions by telephone and email but so far have had no luck only to be fobbed off by a secretary saying Kate will call me back.

Shocking service considering I am heavily invested here.

Companies house records shows that Ahmet Dik is resident in UAE which would not be the case if he spent the odd week in Dubai to see his family.

mjones727 posts demonstrate one of two things either the information submitted by VOG's Company Secretarial department is incorrect or that mjones727 makes things up as he goes along.

If VOG's Company Secretarial department have submitted incorrect information then it would be a good idea for them to ensure they submit correct information on the next submission.

DIK, Ahmet
Correspondence address
200 Strand, London, England, WC2R 1DJ
Role ACTIVE
Director
Appointed on 27 October 2015
Nationality Australian
Country of residence United Arab Emirates
Occupation Company Director

mjones727 posts suggests that someone does not like openness and transparency.

I would have thought that shareholders are entitled to know how much time its CEO spends working for the Company and were they are based as how can shareholders assess whether the level of remuneration is appropriate.

MARKETTIMER

Yes Mr Dik's registered residential home address is in Dubai. That is where his house is and his family live.

Now Mr Dik will have a contract of employment like every other CEO does that will say what hours he has to put in per week.

I know for fact he put in more hours than he is contracted to work and I don't care where in the world he is based to do such work.

Quite frankly a lot of people work from anywhere these days. Technology is a wonderful thing.

In 2018 Mr Dik could have been living on the moon. It didn't matter one iota. ENEO were only ready to sign the new deal when they were ready.

Also when the deal was finally signed Mr Dik would not have to have been present either.

Instead of moaning about this non story you should get of your backside and get the VOG investor group working and engaging with the company FFS.

Massive cuts in top brass at VOG and GDC.

David Mawo is the GDC Sales manager

Don't know how many are in the sales team.

Don't know of any targets

Don't know of any remuneration packages.

Irrelevant points.

Herman,

Lot's of chiefs - lots of snouts in the trough from day one but we are where we are - so moving forward who is on the ground on a daily basis selling the gas ?

Who is the Sales Director, how many in the sales team, what are their targets and remuneration packages ?

I agree that it matters less where certain roles are based but who the F is selling the stuff ?????

If it's any good?...... then the past is gone and the only way up is to buy it up. - Leave the silly games to the shorties - ie small in every way and miserable in every way. The type that buy a small car with a big badge. - If you want to live in a positive world ...get on with it and think positive!

I know about the drill overspend, but I bought more shares under the guise of a new drill 109, not to pay off the massive drill mess. Isn't that what they said the money was for or am I being naive?

That has been the problem here they say one thing and do another it's calculated not like it was an error it's calculated misinformation that I have invested in over the last 10 years.

Anyway no point crying about it on these boards it's happened I have my own opinion of what has happened here and it doesn't feel very nice.

What is the total value of the long term debt Dik is talking about? How after getting 26 million did we end up running on fumes? I'm not being smart but How could we go through 26 million plus whatever revenue was made in 16 months.

That's over 1 MILLION A MONTH. I can see you are a supporter and very positive about the way the company has/is being run but being a long term holder it's very hard for me to accept anything I hear at the moment.

VOG have been running on fumes without ENEO taking gas for months.

Just watched the AD interview again.

Interesting no real detail and particular mention to paying down long term debt. I'd be interested to know how much long term debt we have? How much of the current fundraising will be used to pay this down?

The interview is just like an extension of the ones we have been hearing for years from KF. I'm trying not to be negative but being a long term shareholder average 1.23 I'm just getting a bit fed up of being kept in the dark and having these nasty surprises sprung. VOG has never made money and the running of it for the last 10 years has been funded by constant shareholder dilution.

Nothing new, when will it ever end!

Keep up the story DIK it's starting to wear very thin now...
