14/12/2016 17:00 | After invoking a contractual default provision on our Logbaba partner, we are pleased to report that, post the balance sheet date, RSM Production Corporation ("RSM") has settled all amounts due and we look forward to their ongoing support as we continue with the gas expansion programme. | fatnacker
14/12/2016 16:57 | They've paid up in full Clunes, they wont miss payments after the last arbitration decision. | fatnacker
14/12/2016 16:40 | The loan should be enough, apparently, the larger than required $26m loan was sort just in case their was a hiccup with the well and more specifically, so that RSM could not hold them over a barrel as they did last time. Those that were around for the big dilution will recall that it would not have been as big and VOG's position not so precarious at the time, if RSM had paid up which they eventually did, but after the dilution. My guess is that on the one hand RSM want to see the licence developed but on the other hand they will use any excuse to delay payment or try and squeeze a better deal for RSM. | clunes100

13/12/2016 22:05 | Wonder how the Arbitration is going...will RSM pay their 40% of $40m, and when? What cash calls have they had? or does GDC have to front all the monies until Arbitration concludes? The $26m loan therefore won't be enough...anyone got better info please? | bengal1
