23/11/2016 10:20 | Any particular type of insider dealing prosecution prowler? there's loads to chose from, here's a couple, let me know if you want more. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has today fined Kenneth Carver £35,212 for insider dealing. Carver, a retired accountant, purchased 62,000 shares in Logica Plc (Logica) on the basis of information Ryan Willmott, a family friend, provided to him. Mr Willmott held inside information relating to a potential takeover of Logica through his employment at the group. Mark Lyttleton, a former Equity Portfolio Manager at BlackRock, has today pleaded guilty to two counts of insider dealing. He will be sentenced on 21 December 2016. Mr Lyttleton admitted dealing on the basis of insider information he obtained during the course of his employment at BlackRock. | fatnacker
23/11/2016 09:42 | could you show me two instance where these regular prosecutions take place. i think you are telling porkies yet again. | peterpowell21
23/11/2016 09:35 | It's a criminal offence prowler and people are prosecuted on a regular basis, not sure why anyone would take the risk for no gain though? Probably put it down to mental illness, sentence would be couple of sessions with a decent shrink and and a good slappin. | fatnacker
23/11/2016 09:20 | dean i agree but that will never happen.imo it will be through bucket shops again and forward sold. so keep a look out for those buys that are really sells. just a bit knowledge i have learned over the year. take it all leave it. they maybe even struggling to get the bucket shops to take them as there is just no volume here to sell them into. | peterpowell21
23/11/2016 09:13 | It would indeed be insider trading prowler and the Fca would be very interested to hear about it. | fatnacker
23/11/2016 09:05 | if a placing is done properly involving existing shareholders the share price can go up | deanroberthunt
23/11/2016 09:04 | hell lets face it, if foo had not missed his target yet again on that spud, by 2months, you would have had your placing by now. you just cant rely on foo and his targets. | peterpowell21
23/11/2016 09:01 | dean i am sure you will get your placing soon. | peterpowell21
23/11/2016 08:58 | ok who's been trying to support the share price with a big top up of 319 shares this morning? was that you tema doubling up? | peterpowell21
23/11/2016 08:57 | Of course you weren't asked to participate prowler, there never was a placing, you were just lying, much the same as when you said you'd been phoned by your broker who warned you that a placing was imminent, cracking broker that warns you about a particular company that you don't even hold shares in, they must read this thread and know of your reputation for being a big mover. | fatnacker
23/11/2016 08:53 | dear me dean you are like a bust bin, you take anything in. you are one of the true foo disciples. there will be tears, but only behind the screen. hell it would never do to tell the truth now would it. put a brave face on and blame it on anything but foo. | peterpowell21
23/11/2016 08:48 | personally, I would have preferred say a 20% discounted placing and open offer to cover any shortfall in cash to support pipeline expansion and/or drilling, if required...I don't like debt......PMO and ENQ are on a knife edge by trying to not dilute shareholders in the good times, but are suffering for it now.... | deanroberthunt
23/11/2016 08:48 | anyone get the feeling this is going to test resistance at 32p again. its bounced of it a few times already. if it gives were will it stop? | peterpowell21
23/11/2016 08:44 | well were do i start? fatty first i have never said i have been asked to participate in any placing, so again you lie. bronco well it was 62p but you cant want to say 60p it makes no difference to me. what a fool i was not holding untill the top of that pump and dump. where you one of those toping up as you were one of the rampers that were trying to suck people in with claims it was going to £1.20- £2.20.hope you were happy getting all those PI'S to part with there hard earned money. shame they never listened to me at the time and maybe they would not be sitting on massive losses like the rest of you. | peterpowell21
23/11/2016 08:44 | even taking into account what you said, a bearish stance is £5m cash generation for fy, without additional clients.....so she's working off 6x cash, stupid cheap | deanroberthunt
23/11/2016 08:41 | and that doesn't include for the 12 new customers, another PP and the increase in asset value when the drilling campaign moves 2p reserves to 1p | deanroberthunt
23/11/2016 08:38 | Sleveen even with 40% RSM they are cashflow positive.....that's all that matters....the rest is just a matter of opinion | deanroberthunt
23/11/2016 08:36 | 12 new customers will offset some of that......another PP definitely will. | deanroberthunt
23/11/2016 08:25 | Clunes keep thinking that and you will lose even more money. | sleveen |
