The Company today announces that on 12 July 2018, David Coplin, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of GBP1.182 per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Coplin holds 3,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.01% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
